The structure of my breaksfast is - sweet baked good - protein jello - fruit - savory snack The reason why I eat like this is: - pre workout red velvet cake is made with beetroot powder which contains nitric oxide which pushes blood to the peripheries. This gives you a great pump, and more stamina during your workout - chocolate pudding is very filling, low calorie, high in volume, yet very light.
