The Tangdi kebab is bone-in Halal chicken leg pieces marinated in yogurt, olive oil, lemon, garlic and spices, and then grilled over an open flame until juicy and golden brown. Tandoori chicken, a dish of roasted chicken whole thigh marinated in yogurt and generously spiced, giving the meat its trademark red color. Served with chutney, onion and lemon garnish. Serves 5-15.
